At Point, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Point account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
